World Central Kitchen was founded
by chef José Andrés to bring
nourishing meals to communities
affected by crises.
They go beyond emergency food parcels, working with communities to serve delicious, chef-prepared & culturally appropriate meals, to people who need them most, with the dignity they deserve. Not only are they bringing immediate food relief, but they're building much needed community resilience.
Our £40,000 donation has been granted to specifically support World Central Kitchen's efforts in feeding the people of Gaza hot, nourishing meals.
Using their 'Chefs for Gaza' kitchens, they are serving 600,000 meals daily to provide 1 million meals a day with the help of donations like ours.
